What you'll do

• Create and implement sales strategies for your designated territory to achieve and surpass sales targets through effective prospecting and closing of deals.
• Build and oversee a sales pipeline to facilitate the progression of numerous strategic opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Identify and secure new growth opportunities while managing relationships with mid-enterprise accounts.
• Present Rubrik's solutions in complex data center environments.
• Collaborate with partners, distributors, and value-added resellers to drive rapid growth.
• Provide insights to management regarding local market conditions and potential business opportunities.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in technology sales, specifically in IT infrastructure or SaaS.
• Proven success in acquiring new clients and consistently achieving sales goals.
• Strong background in selling to Fortune 1000 end users.
• Familiarity with channel sales and partnerships.
• Highly motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Experience selling complex solutions.
