About the role
This position manages the lifecycle of Roku's audience targeting products, transforming identity and behavioral signals into actionable tools for advertisers. You will define the roadmap for how audiences are curated and distributed across programmatic, self-serve, and direct buying channels.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Manage the end-to-end product surface for audience segments, including creation, discovery, and activation.
- Establish strategy for audience governance, access control, and scalability.
- Develop modeled audience strategies, utilizing Roku-specific signals to improve propensity and lookalike modeling.
- Expand audience portability by integrating Roku data into external activation platforms and measuring performance.
- Productize new targeting signals, including contextual, attention, and behavioral data.
- Improve the efficiency and reliability of targeting setups for both internal stakeholders and external buyers.
- Define and track success metrics such as signal adoption, coverage, latency, and revenue impact.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in product management, specifically within ad tech, audience data platforms, or ad products.
- Prior experience at a major CTV streamer or social media platform is highly preferred.
- Technical expertise in audience taxonomies, identity signals, segment lifecycles, and propensity modeling.
- Experience working with the broader advertising ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, CDPs, DMPs, and clean room technology.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate signal value and make trade-offs regarding privacy, accuracy, and latency.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects involving data science, engineering, legal, and sales teams.
- Experience utilizing modern AI tools for product development and automation.

- Salary: $290,000 - $310,000 annual base salary.
