About the role
Rocket Lab Corporation is seeking a Talent Marketing Ops Intern to join their team in Auckland, New Zealand. This internship provides hands-on experience in supporting the marketing and talent acquisition functions within a rapidly growing aerospace and launch services company that operates across global markets. The intern will assist with coordinating marketing campaigns, managing internal communications, and helping to promote the employer brand across multiple digital and traditional channels. This role is designed for students or recent graduates who are interested in gaining practical experience in talent marketing and operations within a fast-paced technology organization.

What you'll do
Support the planning and execution of talent marketing campaigns across digital and internal channels.
Assist with the creation and scheduling of content for social media platforms and company newsletters.
Coordinate with the recruiting team to align marketing efforts with hiring priorities and timelines.
Help manage the company careers page and ensure all job postings are current and accurate.
Track and report on key performance indicators for marketing campaigns and talent outreach efforts.
Support the production of visual assets and written materials for both internal and external audiences.
Assist in organizing virtual and in-person events that promote the employer brand and company culture.
Help maintain and update all marketing collateral, templates, and brand guidelines on a regular basis.
Coordinate with external vendors and agencies when needed to fulfill marketing deliverables and projects.
Participate in weekly team meetings and contribute creative ideas for improving marketing workflows and processes.
Collaborate with the communications team to develop messaging for talent-focused initiatives and campaigns.
Help maintain an organized archive of marketing materials, campaign reports, and performance data for future reference.
Assist with the measurement and analysis of campaign reach, engagement, and conversion metrics over time.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail and professionalism.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Familiarity with major social media platforms and basic content creation tools is expected.
A willingness to learn new software applications and adapt to changing priorities is important.
Good organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Availability to commit to the full duration of the internship period without interruption.
Positive attitude and a proactive approach to taking on new responsibilities and challenges daily.
Comfort with learning new processes and adapting to a fast-paced corporate environment is essential.
Nice to have
Previous experience in a marketing, communications, or recruitment support role is highly beneficial.
