About the role

Rippling provides a unified system to manage HR, IT, and Finance operations for businesses. This role focuses on the Platform Engineering team, which develops the infrastructure and shared services that support our entire product suite. You will build the foundational tools that enable our engineering organization to deploy secure and scalable features.

Requirements

• 5 or more years of experience developing product infrastructure and distributed systems.
• Proven history of working on systems at significant technical and organizational scale.
• Strong ability to explain technical concepts to engineering, product, and design teams.

• The salary range for US Tier 1 locations is 159,000 to 278,250 USD per year.
