Join the Data Cloud team to build the infrastructure that powers HR, IT, and Finance analytics. You will develop the backend systems that unify company data, enabling AI-driven insights and complex business reporting.

What you'll do

• Design and implement backend services and APIs to support core product features and business logic.
• Build systems focused on high-volume scale, security, and data integrity.
• Collaborate with product, frontend, and platform teams to deliver technical solutions.
• Lead design and code reviews while mentoring other engineers on backend standards.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience with Python, Go, or a comparable high-scale backend language.
• Expertise in distributed systems architecture, data modeling, and relational database optimization.
• Proven experience working on systems at significant technical and organizational scale.
• Strong foundation in computer science and algorithms with a track record of delivering complex projects.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and cross-functional partners.

• The salary range for this role in US Tier 1 locations is 135,000 to 225,000 USD per year.
