About the role
In this position, you will play a crucial role in transforming the Talent product suite at Rippling. Your focus will be on reimagining workflows around agents to enhance efficiency in workforce management. You will lead a dedicated team to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of innovative solutions that address the needs of our customers.

What you'll do
- Redesign the Talent suite to center around agent-driven workflows, overseeing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for areas such as headcount planning, recruiting, performance management, learning management, and employee surveys.
- Establish workflows that begin with the identification of work needs and carry through to completion, creating agents that can autonomously manage recruiting campaigns, facilitate performance discussions, and address skill gaps through targeted learning initiatives.
- Utilize Rippling's interconnected employee data to develop features that surpass typical talent products, ensuring that permissions and approvals are maintained.
- Rapidly deliver products, gather insights from customers, and scale successful initiatives across Rippling's extensive customer base. Define quality standards, success metrics, and necessary controls for complex client requirements.
- Provide leadership and direction, enhancing the team's strategic thinking and engaging directly in product discussions, data modeling, or customer interactions as needed.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data science, go-to-market teams, sales, implementation, and support to ensure the successful launch of user-friendly and reliable products.
- Engage with customers to understand the limitations of existing talent products and stay informed about advancements in AI that impact recruiting and talent management.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in product management or equivalent experience as a founder, with significant responsibility for complex product areas.
- Proven history of developing products from inception to scaling after achieving initial traction.
- Strong understanding of AI-driven products, including familiarity with current AI tools and insights into how agent-based systems operate.
- Excellent instincts for product and user experience design, capable of simplifying complex workflows and data into intuitive user experiences.
- Sufficient technical knowledge to collaborate effectively with engineering on data models, agent orchestration, integrations, and system architecture.
- Ability to operate at various levels of detail, from strategic planning to managing specific workflow challenges or user interface issues.
- A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and urgency to drive results.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to align stakeholders across different functions and levels.
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is advantageous. Familiarity with talent software is beneficial but not essential; we prioritize innovative product thinking.
- Alignment with Rippling's core leadership principles, particularly in areas of customer engagement, pushing boundaries, and sound decision-making.

This position offers a competitive salary, benefits, and equity. The salary for this role in the US is between $174,000 and $290,000 annually, depending on location and other factors such as experience and background.
