Director, Corporate & Product Communications at Ripple.
About the role
Ripple is seeking a senior communications leader to manage the external narrative for its institutional business lines. You will define the company voice for prime brokerage, treasury management, and liquidity platforms while positioning the firm as a leader in the convergence of traditional finance and digital assets.

What you'll do
- Direct the communications strategy for prime brokerage, treasury management, and capital markets products.
- Manage end-to-end announcements for product launches, partnerships, and market infrastructure integrations.
- Oversee a thought leadership program, including executive bylines and speaking engagements.
- Create messaging architecture that highlights Ripple's differentiation to institutional clients and the financial press.
- Maintain relationships with top-tier outlets such as Bloomberg, Reuters, FT, and WSJ.
- Execute rapid-response communications regarding market and regulatory events.
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, and product teams to align messaging with go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in PR or communications within capital markets, institutional fintech, digital assets, or financial services.
- Proven success in securing placements in major financial media.
- Experience managing C-suite spokespeople for media and public events.
- Deep knowledge of capital markets, including fixed income, FX, derivatives, prime brokerage, and treasury.
- Strong existing network within both traditional finance and crypto press.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
