About the role

RippleX is seeking a leader to drive the adoption of the XRPL blockchain within institutional capital markets. This role combines high-level deal execution with operational strategy to help scale our business development efforts globally.

What you'll do

• Define and implement the capital markets strategy for RippleX to establish XRPL as a primary blockchain for institutional use.
• Manage the full lifecycle of complex partnership deals with investment banks, asset managers, and financial infrastructure providers.
• Identify new business opportunities that bridge traditional finance with blockchain technology.
• Partner with internal product, engineering, marketing, and trading teams to refine product-market fit for capital markets solutions.
• Create business plans and pitches to communicate the value of Ripple to institutional stakeholders.
• Monitor industry shifts in digital asset adoption to inform strategic decision-making.
• Represent the company as a subject matter expert at industry events.

Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of professional experience in capital markets, specifically within investment banks, trading firms, asset managers, or market infrastructure.
• Deep knowledge of blockchain technology and digital assets as they apply to institutional finance.
• Proven success in closing complex, first-of-a-kind partnerships within the financial services sector.
• Existing network of senior-level contacts across major financial institutions.
• Ability to manage the entire partner lifecycle from initial strategy to final implementation.
• Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to explain complex technical products to non-technical partners.
• Experience launching or growing new business initiatives.
