Staff Software Engineer
Job description
About the role
Join the Sydney team to build the infrastructure for an unannounced MMO project. You will lead the development of automation, build systems, and release pipelines to support a global engineering organization. In this capacity, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of critical tooling that underpins the efficiency of distributed teams. You will define the technical direction for automation platforms that enable rapid iteration and high-quality delivery. The position requires deep collaboration with engineering leadership to translate strategic goals into robust technical implementations. You will act as a key technical advisor, shaping standards and practices that influence how software is built and deployed. This role demands ownership of complex problems across server infrastructure and development workflows. Your contributions will directly impact the velocity and reliability of game development pipelines.
