Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in software engineering, demonstrating a strong foundation in the field.
- Proven experience in developing and successfully launching at least one live-operated game, showcasing your ability to navigate the complexities of game releases.
- Deep understanding of the complete game shipping lifecycle, including production workflows and live operations management.
- Hands-on experience in designing, constructing, and maintaining large-scale production systems that support high availability and performance.
- Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in high-pressure situations where quick and effective solutions are essential.
- Familiarity with working across various components, including game clients, servers, backend services, and release orchestration mechanisms.

Practical notes
The compensation package for this role includes a base salary ranging from $229,200.00 to $319,500.00 USD, along with additional incentive compensation and equity options.
