About the role
Rhombus Systems is seeking a Channel Account Manager to drive growth and enablement for our reseller partner network. You will manage partner relationships, execute business plans, and ensure revenue targets are met while advocating for our physical security solutions.

What you'll do
- Achieve and surpass quarterly revenue goals and partner-sourced opportunity targets.
- Build and maintain high-level relationships with assigned channel resellers.
- Partner with internal sales teams to identify opportunities, forecast sales, and resolve roadblocks.
- Train partner executives, sales staff, and technical teams on our products, pricing, and marketing initiatives.
- Plan and execute marketing activities both for and through our partners.
- Facilitate quarterly business reviews to maintain strategic alignment.
- Track and report on partner performance metrics.
- Provide feedback on channel program tools, incentives, and market messaging.
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or higher.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in channel or partner management, ideally within the physical security sector.
- Proven track record of sales excellence, such as President Club recognition.
- Experience conducting both remote and in-person training sessions.
- Ability to work independently while balancing multiple deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Practical notes
Compensation is $150,000 to $180,000 USD (Base + OTE), plus uncapped commission, sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and equity. This role requires up to 50% overnight travel.
