About the role
Restaurant365 provides a centralized cloud platform for restaurant accounting and back-office management. This role manages the commercial renewal lifecycle, ensuring forecast accuracy and contract execution for our customer base.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Manage renewal opportunities in Salesforce CPQ starting 120 days before expiration.
- Generate renewal quotes and coordinate necessary approval workflows.
- Maintain forecast precision within a 5 percent variance.
- Execute the full renewal lifecycle for Digital/Scaled customers under 50k ARR using automation.
- Monitor usage and payment risk signals to trigger save plays for smaller accounts.
- Document contraction rationale and revenue adjustments in CRM and ERP systems.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to align on pricing changes and churn accountability.
- Identify potential growth opportunities to pass to the sales team.
Requirements
- 3 to 6 plus years of experience in renewals management, sales operations, account management, or Customer Success.
- Experience with Enterprise or Mid-Market SaaS accounts.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, renewal forecasting, and subscription pricing models like ARR and multi-year uplifts.
- Professional fluency in English for written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule with three days per week onsite in Mexico City.
- Flexibility to support U.S. business hours and work on select Mexico public holidays.
