You will own the entire sales cycle for key accounts, acting as the primary interface between our technical solutions and client decision-makers. Success in this position will be measured by your ability to transform early-stage interest into long-term, strategic partnerships. You will leverage data and direct customer interactions to shape the future of our sales playbook and drive sustainable revenue growth. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on building trust and solving complex problems for technical customers.

- Synthesize performance metrics and qualitative feedback into concise executive briefings, delivering regular updates on sales performance and market intelligence to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Demonstrated history of establishing and scaling sales operations or individual contributor roles from inception, specifically within environments that lack predefined sales playbooks and require independent framework development.
- Innate customer-obsessed mindset coupled with intense curiosity regarding user pain points, facilitating effective communication with both infrastructure-focused engineers and junior-level developers.
- Disciplined, hypothesis-driven methodology for problem-solving that encompasses formulating assumptions, conducting structured experiments, measuring quantifiable outcomes, and refining strategic approaches based on empirical evidence.

- Relentless attention to detail and quality control, treating intricate sales processes with the same rigor and care typically reserved for product development lifecycle management.
- Explicit willingness to undertake travel obligations for industry conferences, strategic client meetings, and internal team cohesion events as dictated by business needs.
- Capacity to operate effectively within the Americas time zones, accommodating asynchronous communication and flexible working arrangements inherent to remote collaboration models.
- Understanding that the initial 90-day onboarding phase prioritizes learning and experimentation, resulting in flexible quota expectations and reduced performance pressure during this critical acclimation period.
- Recognition that compensation packages will be determined based on individual experience levels, demonstrated qualifications, and alignment with organizational needs.
Nice to have
