Key facts

What you'll do

• Guide initiatives from their inception to completion, collaborating with customer support and engineering to understand issues, brainstorm solutions, rapidly test concepts, and deliver enhancements that positively impact key performance indicators.
• Conduct efficient, independent user research by engaging with customers, quickly validating hypotheses, and adapting plans based on gathered insights.
• Utilize AI tools for prototyping to accelerate idea iteration.
• Contribute to a clear product vision and define development priorities.
• Simplify user experiences by reducing complexity.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a product designer working on intricate products.
• Proven ability to manage projects from initial problem identification through to launch and subsequent refinement.
• Active use of large language models, such as Claude or ChatGPT, within your design process.
• A portfolio showcasing strong product strategy, interaction design, and execution.
• Experience in defining success metrics and iterating based on outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on clarity and intention.
