[Remote] Product Manager

About the role

This position involves shaping the future of a rapidly expanding Neocloud platform focused on AI Inference. You will be instrumental in defining product strategy and guiding the development of a leading AI infrastructure product.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Lead the product vision, strategy, and development roadmap for the AI Inference Platform.
• Convert customer needs, market shifts, and business goals into clear product priorities.
• Define core platform functionalities such as model deployment, scaling, routing, monitoring, billing, and multi-tenancy.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, architecture, and infrastructure teams to launch new platform features.
• Gather insights from key customers and partners to inform product evolution.
• Develop business justifications, detailed product specifications, and key performance metrics for platform initiatives.
• Manage and prioritize competing demands from engineering, sales, leadership, and customers.
• Track competitive trends in AI infrastructure, inference, GPU hardware, and cloud providers.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management within infrastructure, cloud, platform, or similar software domains.
• Demonstrated experience owning the product strategy and roadmap for technical platforms or infrastructure products.
• Solid understanding of cloud-native technologies, distributed systems, or infrastructure platforms.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with highly technical engineering and architecture groups.
• Experience in collecting customer requirements and translating them into actionable product specifications.
• Strong skills in managing stakeholders and communicating effectively.
• A data-driven approach to product prioritization and decision-making.
• Experience in AI Infrastructure, MLOps, AI Platforms, or GPU environments.
• Knowledge of AI inference workloads, LLM deployment, or model serving.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, and platform technologies.
• Experience with consumption-based or usage-based pricing models.
• Background working with a hyperscaler, NeoCloud provider, AI infrastructure company, or developer platform.
• Understanding of cloud economics and AI platform monetization strategies.
