[Remote] Product Manager

About the role

Lemio is looking for a Product Manager to join their team. You will collaborate directly with the founders to enhance user retention and engagement by implementing strategic product and marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone driven by user success and data-driven improvements.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Increase the lifetime value of each download, potentially through A/B testing pricing strategies.
• Boost the rate at which users start free trials.
• Organize and execute public relations and marketing campaigns in partnership with the marketing department.
• Build a business intelligence system to analyze user behavior and inform retention strategies.
• Employ AI tools, including Claude, to streamline tasks and automate workflows.
• Conduct user interviews to gather insights for product development and feature ideation.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in product management or a related field.
• A strong interest in mental health and promoting healthy lifestyles.
• A deep focus on user needs and key performance indicators, with a commitment to conducting at least 5 user calls weekly.

Nice to have

• Prior experience aiming for a Head of Product role.
