What you'll do

• Develop and manage a product roadmap while keeping stakeholders informed of release timelines.
• Maintain the product backlog by writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and creating wireframes or prototypes.
• Partner with engineering teams to assess technical feasibility and prioritize work based on business goals and stakeholder feedback.
• Work alongside designers to transform requirements into workflows and functional designs.
• Facilitate design reviews with engineers and stakeholders to incorporate technical and functional feedback before development begins.
• Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders to ensure alignment across teams.
• Analyze, document, and test functional requirements while iterating on product value.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital product management within an agile, cross-functional environment.
• Professional background in consulting or a similar client-facing role.
• Ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders and manage complex organizational relationships.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to act as a coach and decision-maker.
• Proven capability to translate business and user needs into specific product features.

• Salary ranges are fixed based on three tiers: Tier 1 at $117,420, Tier 2 at $130,810, and Tier 3 at $143,170.
