[Remote] Senior Product Manager Workforce Management
About the role
This role focuses on enhancing and managing technology solutions for workforce management within a long-term care pharmacy setting. You will guide the evolution of products that support operational efficiency and improve the daily work experience for employees.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Oversee the setup, administration, and improvement of workforce optimization tools and related features for operational processes.
- Direct the development and integration of systems, including API work, to connect workforce management platforms with other operational software like LTC400 and specific pharmacy systems.
- Manage product capabilities designed to increase operational insight, streamline workflows, introduce automation, and support real-time decision-making.
- Administer testing environments, validation procedures, and change management for technology updates.
- Develop and maintain intake, ticketing, and support procedures using tools like SharePoint to boost scalability and user satisfaction.
- Identify and implement AI-driven solutions and automation to reduce manual effort and increase operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with leaders in Operations, IT, Analytics, HR, and external partners to deliver workforce technology solutions.
- Track platform performance, usage, data accuracy, and key operational metrics, initiating improvements.
- Create and maintain documentation, standards, training, and support materials for successful platform adoption.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Workforce Management, or a related technical field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in Product Management, Workforce Technology, or Workforce Management Systems.
- Profound knowledge of WFM platforms and telephony systems.
- Solid understanding of workforce management operations, including forecasting, scheduling, real-time management, and reporting.
- Experience managing technology integrations and API-based solutions.
- Proven ability to work with IT, operations, and business stakeholders in cross-functional teams.
- Experience with ticketing, intake, governance, and change management processes for technology.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have
- A Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Previous experience in pharmacy or healthcare operations.
- Exposure to predictive analytics, automation, or AI-assisted workforce tools.
- Experience supporting workforce technology implementations or platform administration.
