[Hiring] Backend Developer @Plug & Solve
About the role
Join a growing product portfolio focused on the Atlassian Marketplace. You will be the primary technical owner, responsible for building new applications and maintaining existing ones on Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management. This is a long-term position for someone who wants to shape and own technical execution.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Develop and launch new applications for the Atlassian Marketplace.
- Manage the complete application development process from concept to release.
- Enhance and update live applications based on user feedback.
- Stay current with Atlassian platform changes and requirements.
- Provide clear updates on progress, challenges, and timelines.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in backend or full-stack development.
- Proficient in JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Experience with the Atlassian ecosystem (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management) is highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of independent requirement analysis.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a remote, asynchronous environment and manage your own schedule.
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Proactive in identifying and communicating issues early.
Nice to have
- A degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
