DevOps Engineer (Remote, US Only)

This position focuses on maintaining application availability and infrastructure stability. You will work alongside software engineering and infrastructure teams to manage production environments and improve delivery processes.

What you'll do

• Build and manage CI/CD pipeline infrastructure.
• Enable development teams to perform self-service deployments.
• Create workflows for building, testing, and storing software.
• Optimize infrastructure costs by utilizing appropriate technologies and proprietary solutions.
• Implement security best practices and manage data protection.
• Develop automation tools and scripts.
• Manage the task backlog, including feature requests, developer needs, and technical debt.
• Participate in on-call rotations and handle outage triage.
• Monitor applications and troubleshoot performance issues.
• Document DevOps processes to assist with team onboarding.
• Research and recommend new technologies to improve infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 1 year of technical experience in systems engineering or IT infrastructure support.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with the listed technical stack.
• Ability to maintain, tune, and support production application and server environments.
• Experience with CI/CD integration and test automation.
• Systematic approach to debugging and problem-solving.
• Ability to collaborate with network and system teams to resolve issues.
