What you'll do

• Partner with internal teams to frame analytical questions and structure experiments.
• Develop algorithms and software for integrating, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets.
• Apply machine learning and statistical methods to generate business intelligence.
• Create data mining frameworks to support long-term strategic planning.
• Identify historical trends in product and customer behavior.
• Build predictive models to forecast future user actions.
• Communicate findings and recommendations through detailed reports and presentations.
• Maintain a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends as required by business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• 1 to 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Practical knowledge of statistical analysis and machine learning, including clustering, regression, classification, forecasting, deep learning, and tree-based models.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment in daily tasks.

Nice to have

• Master degree in a quantitative field.
• Experience with PySpark.
• Familiarity with MLOps or cloud computing platforms.
