About the role
You will oversee the lifecycle and commercial success of a specific product line within our ticketing technology portfolio. This role requires you to act as a subject matter expert while partnering with internal teams to shape go-to-market strategies and product direction.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Evaluate new product opportunities and determine feature sets for development.
- Establish product roadmaps, business objectives, and performance metrics.
- Author user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritize tasks, and resolve defects to ensure timely releases.
- Collaborate with the Program Management team to facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and milestone tracking.
- Conduct market research and customer interviews to validate product-market fit.
- Partner with Marketing to create sales collateral, product guides, and press materials.
- Support the Business Solutions department by addressing customer inquiries and technical requirements.
- Represent the company at trade shows and user group meetings.
Requirements
- BS degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in software product management.
- Proven track record of leading mission-critical software projects and cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of data protection regulations including GDPR and PII.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25 percent of the time, including some weekends.
- Capacity to work additional hours beyond a standard schedule when required.
- Expert knowledge of the ticketing and visitor attraction industry.
Nice to have
- Experience in training others on software applications.
- Previous experience working for a technology solution provider.
Skills & tools
- Technical fluency to communicate effectively with engineering teams.
- Strong negotiation and conflict management abilities.
- Proficiency in defining KPIs, OKRs, and product requirements.
- Experience with UI/UX wireframing and mockups.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments.
