[Remote] Product Manager

About the role

You will oversee the lifecycle and commercial success of a specific product line within our ticketing technology portfolio. This role requires you to act as a subject matter expert while partnering with internal teams to shape go-to-market strategies and product direction.

What you'll do

• Evaluate new product opportunities and determine feature sets for development.
• Establish product roadmaps, business objectives, and performance metrics.
• Author user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Manage the product backlog, prioritize tasks, and resolve defects to ensure timely releases.
• Collaborate with the Program Management team to facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and milestone tracking.
• Conduct market research and customer interviews to validate product-market fit.
• Partner with Marketing to create sales collateral, product guides, and press materials.
• Support the Business Solutions department by addressing customer inquiries and technical requirements.
• Represent the company at trade shows and user group meetings.

Requirements

• BS degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in software product management.
• Proven track record of leading mission-critical software projects and cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of data protection regulations including GDPR and PII.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25 percent of the time, including some weekends.
• Capacity to work additional hours beyond a standard schedule when required.
• Expert knowledge of the ticketing and visitor attraction industry.

Nice to have

• Experience in training others on software applications.
• Previous experience working for a technology solution provider.

Skills & tools

• Technical fluency to communicate effectively with engineering teams.
• Strong negotiation and conflict management abilities.
• Proficiency in defining KPIs, OKRs, and product requirements.
• Experience with UI/UX wireframing and mockups.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments.
