[Remote] Product Manager

About the role

This role is for a Product Manager focused on mobile products for a company building mobile-first solutions across Latin America. You will be responsible for guiding the mobile product's direction and working with different departments to improve user interaction and achieve business goals.

What you'll do

• Guide the entire lifecycle of the mobile product, from initial concept to release and ongoing improvement.
• Decide which projects to pursue based on user needs, business objectives, and technical possibilities.
• Detail product specifications and work collaboratively with design and engineering teams.
• Examine how users interact with the product, analyze key performance indicators, and gather customer input to find areas for growth.
• Lead experiments, new feature introductions, and other product enhancements.
• Coordinate with operations, marketing, and other teams to enhance the user experience.
• Establish and track important product metrics such as activation, engagement, retention, and conversion rates.
• Advocate for product decisions that are informed by data and centered on the customer.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years in Product Management, with a preference for experience in consumer-facing mobile products.
• Demonstrated ability to manage products from their initial concept through to their final release.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams for iOS, Android, or Flutter.
• Strong analytical abilities, with a history of using product data to inform decisions.
• Capability to translate user feedback into clear product requirements.
• Excellent skills in managing stakeholders and communicating effectively.
• A proactive and self-driven attitude with a strong sense of ownership and execution.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, founder-led environments.
• Must reside in the USA and possess current work authorization.

Nice to have

• Experience in HealthTech.
• Background with consumer applications or marketplace products.
• Previous experience in a high-growth startup.
• Familiarity with Flutter-based applications.
