Eigent AI is seeking a Product Manager to guide the development of our innovative multi-agent AI systems. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of practical general intelligence by translating research into tangible products. This role offers a fully remote work arrangement.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute a product strategy and roadmap for multi-agent products, aligning with company objectives and market trends.
• Enhance product team capabilities and drive productivity throughout the development lifecycle.
• Analyze industry dynamics and competitor activities to continuously improve product competitiveness.
• Translate complex AI concepts and user needs into clear product requirements and designs.
• Collaborate with research and engineering teams to bring advanced AI capabilities to market.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher, with a foundational understanding of AI concepts, particularly in areas like NLP.
• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, LLaMA, Stable Diffusion, and ComfyUI.
• Familiarity with technologies like LLMs and VectorDB, with a strong interest in multi-agent systems.
• Proven ability to independently plan and design products, demonstrating strong comprehension of both product and technical aspects.
• Demonstrated project management skills, including cross-functional communication and user focus.
• Strong logical and systemic thinking abilities.

Nice to have

• Background or prior experience in computer science or AI research.
• Experience developing products based on the Camel multi-agent library.
