Product Manager I (Remote US)

About the role

This role focuses on enhancing and executing product strategies for investigative report solutions. You will work with a cross-functional team to develop and maintain products that address customer challenges in fraud and compliance markets. The position involves understanding customer needs, driving product execution, and supporting go-to-market plans.

What you'll do

• Engage with clients to gather requirements, understand their workflows, and deliver product improvements.
• Utilize data to inform product decisions and ensure efforts align with customer needs and experience goals.
• Manage the execution of a product roadmap for a specific feature or product area and oversee release plans.
• Partner with internal teams to identify and evaluate market product needs.
• Develop comprehensive prototypes based on a deep understanding of the overall product experience.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in technology product development, in roles such as product manager, product designer, engineer, data analyst, data scientist, or user researcher.
• Proven ability to develop solutions within constraints, assess risks, and articulate reasoning with data-driven narratives.
• Understanding of modern product discovery and delivery methodologies.
• Capacity to learn various business functions including engineering, design, finance, sales, and marketing, and build constructive relationships with those teams.
• Experience with customer interviewing techniques.
• Ability to innovate and propose new approaches to processes and tasks.
• Familiarity with web application usage and development, including A/B testing and experimentation concepts.

Nice to have

• Experience with analytic tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
