Sr Product Manager - remote opportunity

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to guide our product development and manage our roadmap. You will lead a dedicated engineering squad and work alongside design, marketing, and UX teams to deliver high-impact features.

What you'll do

• Define the product roadmap and determine which initiatives earn a spot on the development schedule.
• Manage the daily operating rhythm for a distributed team, including planning sessions, retrospectives, and demos.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from initial discovery and requirements gathering to launch and iteration.
• Execute a rigorous experimentation process by testing variants, measuring outcomes, and shipping successful results.
• Communicate product progress and strategy to executives and clients while managing conflicting priorities.
• Connect shipped features to specific business goals regarding acquisition, conversion, and user engagement.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management with a track record of shipping web or mobile products.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-variable projects where constraints and priorities shift.
• Experience working directly with clients to translate their needs into actionable product direction.
• Demonstrated success in keeping distributed teams productive across different time zones.
• Practical experience with funnel optimization, A/B testing, and experimentation platforms.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers on technical topics like analytics, CMS, feature flags, and architecture.
• Salary range is $120,700 to $160,000, determined by your specific skills, experience, and qualifications.
