We are seeking a Product Manager to guide the evolution of our Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) platform. This position requires a strategic mindset, a thorough grasp of the K-12 education sector, and a proven ability to deliver successful products in a dynamic setting.

• Oversee the development and enhancement of the MTSS platform.
• Collaborate with teams to define product strategy and roadmap.
• Drive product initiatives from conception through launch.
• Analyze user needs and market trends to inform product decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in product management, ideally within EdTech or similar industries.
• Demonstrated success in launching and managing products, preferably in K-12 education.
• Solid understanding of educational best practices.
• Experience with agile development methodologies, including Kanban.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced degree.
• Familiarity with Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) frameworks.
