We are hiring remote DevOps engineers to bridge the gap between development and IT operations for our global client base. You will focus on accelerating project delivery, refining testing workflows, and establishing standard practices across engineering departments.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Maintain high levels of application reliability, scalability, and team productivity.
• Track engineering efficiency and product performance using specific KPIs and metrics.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines and oversee version control systems.
• Validate architectural designs and manage phased deployment cycles.
• Perform system monitoring and execute performance tuning.
• Identify and fix technical issues across production, test, and development environments.
• Propose technical improvements to drive project outcomes.
• Partner with software teams to design and run system operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in software development.
• Fluency in Python, Java, JavaScript, Go, Perl, or C#.
• Expertise with CI tools including Jenkins, Travis, or Azure.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes or other containerization technologies.
• Proficiency with version control systems like Git or Subversion.
• Professional English proficiency for collaboration with U.S. engineering managers.
• Availability for a 4-hour daily overlap with U.S. time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience with the Node.js ecosystem, including TypeScript and API development.
• Knowledge of SRE practices, REST APIs, database management, and release management.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and independent problem-solving abilities.
