Requirements
- 0-3 years of experience with programming languages like Python or R.
- 0-3 years of experience with big data tools such as Hadoop.
- 0-3 years of experience with data visualization tools like Tableau.
- 0-3 years of experience working with large datasets.
- Familiarity with HR data and its analysis.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively gather information from various sources.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
