What you'll do

• Partner with clients to define project requirements and extract meaning from complex information structures.
• Mentor colleagues and oversee the creation of technical algorithms and analytical systems.
• Apply appropriate frameworks to transform raw data into objective insights that support client decision-making.
• Manage project deliverables and lead the design of solutions for various programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree plus 3 years of experience in data analytics, or 7 years of experience in data analytics without a degree.
• 3 years of experience in data exploration, cleaning, visualization, or mining.
• 3 years of experience using statistical and general-purpose programming languages.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with the willingness to complete a polygraph exam.
• Experience with predictive modeling, quantitative analysis, and data visualization.
• Proficiency in R, Python, SQL, or NoSQL for algorithm development.
• Ability to query and apply SIGINT, GEOINT, and HUMINT data sources.
• Experience with AWS services including S3, EC2, and SageMaker.
• Experience with GenAI, MLOps, machine learning, AI, or NLP.
• Experience using JupyterHub and Jupyter Notebook.

Nice to have

• AWS Solutions Architect or Machine Learning Specialty certification.
