- Track critical product metrics and investigate factors influencing their performance.
- Construct and evaluate reports and data visualizations.
- Develop substantial datasets for operational and exploratory analysis.
- Define and measure essential performance indicators.
- Contribute to the planning of future product development.
- Discover novel methods to support the improvement of key metrics.
- Build models of user behavior for analysis or to inform automated systems.
- Guide product teams with data-backed suggestions.
- Communicate business status and experiment outcomes to product teams.
- Share best practices in analytics with relevant teams.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Science, or Engineering.
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Data Scientist.
- A solid grasp of data mining, data modeling, segmentation methods, and database structure.
- The capacity to organize, analyze, and retrieve data to meet business demands.
- Proficiency in data querying languages like SQL, scripting languages such as Python, or statistical software like R.
- Fluent English communication skills for collaboration.
- Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week) with a 4-hour overlap during US business hours.
