What you'll do

• Partner with product and engineering departments to tackle challenges and identify emerging trends.
• Contribute to and influence product strategy and new product introductions.
• Develop forecasts and establish product team targets, alongside designing and assessing experiments.
• Track critical product metrics and investigate factors influencing their performance.
• Construct and evaluate reports and data visualizations.
• Develop substantial datasets for operational and exploratory analysis.
• Define and measure essential performance indicators.
• Contribute to the planning of future product development.
• Discover novel methods to support the improvement of key metrics.
• Build models of user behavior for analysis or to inform automated systems.
• Guide product teams with data-backed suggestions.
• Communicate business status and experiment outcomes to product teams.
• Share best practices in analytics with relevant teams.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Science, or Engineering.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Data Scientist.
• A solid grasp of data mining, data modeling, segmentation methods, and database structure.
• The capacity to organize, analyze, and retrieve data to meet business demands.
• Proficiency in data querying languages like SQL, scripting languages such as Python, or statistical software like R.
• Fluent English communication skills for collaboration.
• Availability to work full-time (40 hours per week) with a 4-hour overlap during US business hours.

Nice to have

• Experience with data visualization tools.
