Supervisor, Integration Technicians, Weekend Shift

About the role

This position manages weekend integration operations for the Terran R rocket program. You will lead a team of technicians to ensure production goals are met safely and according to quality standards.

What you'll do

• Oversee weekend integration operations to ensure Terran R hardware is produced safely and on schedule.
• Manage and mentor a team of integration technicians to improve their technical skills and professional growth.
• Collaborate with planning, supply chain, quality, and manufacturing engineering departments to increase productivity.
• Maintain visibility of daily production and resolve bottlenecks to ensure flight hardware is completed on time.
• Promote a workplace culture focused on accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in high-reliability manufacturing, such as aerospace or automotive.
• 2+ years of experience in a lead or supervisory role managing production operators or technicians.
• Deep understanding of assembly, integration, and testing processes.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering specifications, drawings, and GD&T.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Bachelor degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical engineering.
• Prior experience leading teams in space hardware or aerospace production.
• Experience with digital factory tools, MES, or ERP/MRP systems.
• Certifications or training in Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing.

Practical notes

• This role requires an onsite presence for the weekend shift, which runs from 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. PT.
• Compensation includes a 10% shift differential in addition to the base salary.
