About the role

reka is an AI research lab focused on developing foundational intelligence for physical environments. We create models that address complex real-world problems, from intelligent robots to advanced wearables. Our work combines world models, video generation, and robotics to build systems that understand complex environments, reason about objects, and translate AI intentions into efficient actions across various robotic platforms.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with the world model team to establish a leading training and simulation platform for robotics.
• Construct persistent 3D/4D scene representations that maintain temporal consistency.
• Enable advanced robotics planning and decision-making using reka's internal world models.
• Ensure reliable sensing and system dynamics in real-world operations where models interact and act.
• Partner with machine learning researchers to advance generative models and physical AGI.

Requirements

• Background in robotics or computer vision.
• Experience with 3D perception, scene representations, or world models.
• Experience working with robotic systems, simulations, or real-world platforms.
• Strong programming skills in Python, C++, or similar languages.
• Ability to work across machine learning, perception, and robotics disciplines.
