Technical Program Manager

Reframe Systems is a Physical AI and robotics company focused on making high-performance housing more accessible through automated microfactories. We are looking for a program manager to oversee our cross-functional construction projects, ensuring alignment between design, manufacturing, and field operations.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Coordinate across Design, Engineering, Factory Production, Field Operations, Software, and Procurement to manage project dependencies.
• Create and maintain integrated project plans that define clear ownership, deadlines, and transition criteria.
• Monitor execution, resolve blockers, and provide leadership with concise status updates and risk assessments.
• Manage the master schedule using Jira and BigGantt, ensuring factory capacity aligns with project demand.
• Proactively identify schedule risks and long-lead procurement issues before they impact the critical path.
• Manage project priorities and triage cross-functional issues to ensure accountability.
• Analyze project delays to determine if they are isolated incidents or systemic failures, then implement process improvements.
• Oversee the design stage gate process and facilitate the creation of Product Requirements Documents.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in cross-functional program management within hardware, manufacturing, or operations.
• Proven ability to anticipate and escalate schedule risks early.
• Ability to influence and hold functional leads accountable without direct reporting authority.
• Strong written communication skills with a focus on clarity and action.
• Proficiency with Jira, BigGantt, or similar project management tools.
• Experience with AI-assisted workflows.
• Familiarity with modular construction, advanced manufacturing, or AEC sectors.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.
