About the role

Reddit is seeking a technical expert to support our advertising business across the APAC region. This position focuses on resolving complex ad platform issues and managing high-level technical integrations for key regional advertisers.

What you'll do

• Perform diagnostic investigations to resolve campaign delivery, tracking, and auction performance issues.
• Manage end-to-end technical discovery and migration for Conversions API and pixel integrations.
• Validate event data flows and perform payload debugging to ensure accurate reporting.
• Translate regional technical trends into product roadmap feedback for Engineering and Product teams.
• Build automated tools, dashboards, and internal runbooks to improve operational efficiency.
• Participate in a senior-level on-call rotation for revenue-critical platform incidents.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in ad tech, solutions engineering, or technical client-facing roles.
• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in server-to-server integrations, web pixels, data mapping, and privacy structures.
• Ability to use network debugging tools like Charles Proxy, Sentry, and LogRocket.
• Experience writing SQL queries for data analysis.
• Understanding of web architecture, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML.
• Knowledge of digital advertising, including attribution modeling, bidding dynamics, and MMPs.
• Ability to communicate technical issues to executive stakeholders.
