Staff Product Manager, Ads Trust and Safety

Reddit seeks a Staff Product Manager to lead product strategy for Ads Trust and Safety. You will build and scale systems for ad review, advertiser integrity, fraud prevention, and platform protection. What you'll do

Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for ads integrity, covering ad review, fraud prevention, advertiser trust, and platform quality.

Balance advertiser experience, user safety, operational efficiency, business impact, and regulatory requirements in product decisions.

Lead alignment and deliver long-term solutions with Engineering, Policy, Legal, Operations, Sales, Product Marketing, and other product teams.

Translate advertiser challenges, integrity risks, and operational issues into clear product requirements, success metrics, and business outcomes.

Identify opportunities to improve automation, decision quality, feedback loops, and enforcement consistency for new and existing systems.

Requirements

6+ years of product management experience, with a history of owning complex, cross-functional product areas.

Deep experience in digital advertising, advertiser workflows, ad policy, trust and safety, fraud prevention, abuse detection, risk-based decisioning, or platform integrity.

Ability to think holistically across user experience, policy frameworks, operational workflows, data pipelines, and technical architecture.

Hands-on experience building products that integrate automation, human review, feedback loops, machine learning, or AI-assisted workflows.

Demonstrated ability to lead ambiguous product spaces from concept to execution, using data and metrics for prioritization and trade-offs.

Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority and communicate complex topics clearly.

Nice to have

Experience with 0-to-1 initiatives and scaling mature systems.

The base salary range for this position is $217,000 - $303,900 USD.
