Senior Product Adoption Strategist, Shopping

About the role

This role focuses on increasing the use of Reddit's advertising products, particularly those related to shopping. You will work to ensure advertisers achieve their goals and drive revenue growth for Reddit.

What you'll do

• Drive increased advertiser engagement with priority ad products and features.
• Develop and manage programs to support product adoption for major clients in the US.
• Engage directly with advertisers to introduce, implement, and expand their use of strategic advertising solutions.
• Work with Sales, Product Marketing, Product Management, and other internal teams to align on objectives.
• Provide sales teams with the necessary training, materials, and market insights to effectively promote ad products.
• Act as a liaison between advertisers and product teams, relaying feedback on needs and product gaps.
• Track progress and identify strategies to improve adoption outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, sales, marketing strategy, or operations.
• Demonstrated experience in product adoption, growth, or sales strategy within the digital advertising sector.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with various internal teams to achieve program success.
• Proficient with Google Suite and Salesforce.

Nice to have

• Experience with data analysis tools such as Mode or Tableau.
• Strong program and project management capabilities.
• Familiarity with AI tools for workflow optimization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Practical notes

• Base salary range: $168,000 - $235,200 USD.
• This role is eligible for equity.
