Senior Client Partner, Large Customer Sales, Pharma

Reddit is seeking a seasoned sales professional to join the Pharma vertical of our Large Customer Sales team. You will drive revenue growth by managing key agency and client relationships while helping partners achieve their marketing goals through our advertising platform.

What you'll do

• Manage and expand existing advertising partnerships to increase annual revenue.
• Develop joint business plans and upfront strategies for top-tier clients.
• Onboard new clients by educating them on Reddit advertising products.
• Use internal and external data to build effective sales pitches and account strategies.
• Lead client meetings, including agenda setting, presentation delivery, and follow-up communication.
• Serve as the primary contact for platform updates, new releases, and strategic opportunities.
• Partner with Ad Operations and Account Management to ensure marketing objectives are met.
• Provide feedback to internal teams to influence the future of our advertising product roadmap.
• Represent Reddit as an industry expert at events and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• 12+ years of digital media experience, including at least 7+ years in sales roles.
• Prior experience with Pharma clients is preferred.
• Background in managing partnerships with complex enterprise technology organizations.
• Proven ability to maintain relationships with C-level executives.
• Established network within the agency and client-direct sectors.
• Expertise in social media, native advertising, and measurement solutions.
• Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and executing long-term growth plans.
• BA or BS degree or equivalent professional experience.

Practical notes

Base salary range: $142,200 to $199,100 USD. This role is eligible for equity (RSU) and commission.
