About the role
This position involves overseeing licensed real estate agents within a designated area, ensuring adherence to all state regulations and company standards. You will act as a primary resource for agents, providing guidance on transactions, compliance matters, and operational best practices.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Review agent contracts and ensure compliance with licensing laws, association rules, and internal procedures.
- Offer guidance to agents on complex transactions and daily compliance inquiries.
- Conduct training sessions on real estate laws, risk management, and operational procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date transaction records.
- Stay informed about changes in state forms, legal updates, and regulations.
- Collaborate with state leadership on compliance initiatives and communications.
- Foster strong relationships with agents to promote ethical conduct and compliance.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years in real estate, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity for a significant number of agents.
- Proven experience managing a high volume of agents in a dynamic brokerage setting.
- A strong understanding of legal and compliance matters within real estate.
- An active real estate broker license in good standing with state associations and the National Association of Realtors.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and the ability to learn new software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities in a real estate brokerage.
- Ability to build rapport with agents and encourage performance.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Experience resolving agent or commission complaints.

Practical notes
- Monthly travel to Reno, Nevada, is required for regulatory and operational needs.
- Candidates residing in Nevada are preferred, but those in nearby California communities licensed in Nevada and experienced with Nevada transactions will be considered.
- This role supports agents across the US, with a preference for candidates in Nevada.
