What you'll do

• Guide licensed sales agents on regulatory adherence and industry best practices.
• Develop and update state-specific policies and risk management strategies.
• Offer comprehensive support to agents regarding licensing, board memberships, and company procedures.
• Train agents on contracts, risk management, licensing laws, and state real estate regulations.
• Work with various internal teams to align on compliance and agent experience.
• Address and resolve complex transaction issues for agents.
• Contribute to the development of operational manuals.
• Stay informed about regulatory changes and suggest improvements.
• Enhance operational efficiency within brokerage functions.
• Use digital tools for communication and collaboration.
• Manage a large number of agents in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid real estate broker license in North Dakota.
• Must reside in North Dakota.
• Experience in real estate brokerage operations and compliance.
• Familiarity with state real estate laws and regulations.
