About the role
We are looking for a driven individual to join our Title Services division. This position focuses on discovering and nurturing new business prospects, building lasting connections with real estate professionals and joint venture partners, and contributing to the growth of our business development team.

What you'll do
- Lead strategic efforts to expand and enhance Realtor and joint venture partnerships.
- Partner with One Real Title leadership to create and implement tailored business strategies for clients, including clear goals and performance metrics.
- Drive new business by reaching out to, engaging with, and developing relationships with Realtors, real estate teams, and joint venture partners through various communication channels and events.
- Assess client needs and qualify potential opportunities, converting leads into strong, enduring partnerships.
- Consistently achieve sales targets through diligent daily activities, relationship management, and follow-through.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of activities, sales pipeline, and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Represent the company at industry events and meetings to increase market visibility and generate referrals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and title and escrow services to effectively advise clients.
Requirements
- Proven ability in negotiation and relationship building, with a track record of creating long-term partnerships and ensuring client satisfaction.
- A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in business development, customer success, account management, or similar partnership-focused roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport and engaging effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.
- A strategic, results-oriented approach to identifying growth areas, developing solutions, and achieving measurable results.
- Demonstrated success in B2B or enterprise sales, including acquiring new clients and fostering repeat business. Experience in title and escrow services is highly preferred.
- Skill in developing and delivering presentations that highlight products and solutions tailored to client and partner needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a consultative approach to negotiation and relationship building.
- Proficiency with CRM and productivity software, such as HubSpot, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), OpenPhone, and Qualia or similar title and escrow platforms.
- Prior experience with joint venture structures or strategic partnership models is beneficial.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred; equivalent industry experience will be considered.
- Specific experience in title insurance sales within the designated sales region is mandatory.

Practical notes
