Accounting Analyst

About the role

Real is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Analyst to support its growing Finance department. This position will contribute to accurate financial record-keeping and smooth accounting operations. You will be instrumental in preparing financial entries, managing account reconciliations, and assisting with treasury functions.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Prepare daily and month-end journal entries and reconcile accounts.
• Process accounts payable and ensure vendors are paid accurately and on time.
• Support treasury operations by performing cash reconciliations and initiating or reviewing wire transfers and ACH payments.
• Maintain and reconcile Trust account balances.
• Help implement improved accounting procedures to streamline and scale operations.
• Assist with the preparation of audit documentation for year-end reviews.
• Utilize Excel and other company software to enhance efficiency and improve processes.
• Contribute to special projects, system updates, and ad hoc analytical tasks.

Requirements

• Must be a Chartered Accountant (CA) fresher.
• Possess strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Exhibit excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with a sense of urgency.
• Be adaptable to evolving procedures and job responsibilities.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with financial systems.
• Familiarity with Business Central.
• Previous accounting internships.
