Read AI is looking for a data-driven leader to manage and expand our paid growth operations. You will oversee our acquisition strategy, focusing on performance marketing, creative testing, and building an internal team to drive user growth.

What you'll do

• Manage paid acquisition across Meta, Google, and emerging platforms while maintaining accountability for revenue, CAC, and ROAS.
• Direct creative strategy by implementing high-volume testing and rapid iteration cycles.
• Transition acquisition functions in-house to increase execution speed and internal knowledge.
• Create and maintain frameworks for performance measurement, incrementality testing, and attribution.
• Explore and launch new acquisition channels including TikTok, Snapchat, and affiliate programs.
• Work with Product, Engineering, and Operations to improve conversion funnels and landing page performance.
• Align ad messaging with the product experience to boost overall conversion rates.

Requirements

• Demonstrated history of scaling paid acquisition programs for software or app products.
• Expert knowledge of Meta advertising and experience with Google and other performance channels.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to build attribution models and analyze complex data sets.
• Experience managing significant advertising budgets while maintaining efficient scaling.
• Ability to lead creative-focused growth strategies beyond standard media buying.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without sponsorship.
