About the role
Razorfish is looking for a senior leader to manage end-to-end analytics programs and develop scalable models that influence business outcomes. You will bridge the gap between technical data execution and high-level client strategy while mentoring junior staff.

What you'll do
- Design measurement plans and learning agendas to support client objectives.
- Oversee the implementation of programs to ensure KPIs are captured and goals are met.
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear narratives for client stakeholders.
- Identify and integrate relevant data subject matter experts across the organization.
- Guide junior team members in report creation and presentation development.
- Evaluate and manage external vendors.
- Propose innovative methodologies to advance client data maturity and marketing goals.
Requirements
- 7-9 years of professional experience in advanced analytics or data science.
- Advanced proficiency in Python for modeling and analysis, specifically using pandas, scikit-learn, and XGBoost.
- Expert-level SQL skills for complex data transformations.
- Proven history of deploying machine learning and statistical models into production environments.
- Experience working with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with analytics platforms like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
- Ability to manage client relationships and lead high-stakes discussions.
