Prepare appraisal reports as per client’s requirements based on the analysis of historical performance
Extract and review key data from facility agreements, amendment documents, financial statements, compliance certificates, etc
Monitor financial covenants (leverage ratios, interest coverage ratios, etc.) and other credit metrics to highlight any red flags on the credits
Adding value as a mid-off functionality in terms of Flexible Reporting, Covenant Monitoring, Financial Analysis and Spreading
Working on various monthly and quarterly deliverables which includes Data Gaps, Reporting VAE Trigger and Variance Reports
Debt portfolio management (Focused towards Middle market loan assets)
Creating loan asset schedules and borrowing bases for the clients and build interactive BI based dashboards to identify the key business drivers and KPIs to forecast performance
Validate performance reports and dashboards on the Oxane platform and resolve data or accuracy related issues
