Product Manager

About the role

This position functions as a Product Analyst embedded within a Scrum team to drive high-visibility projects. You will focus on integrating AI technology and leading the product discovery phase independently while using data to guide development decisions.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with the Product Manager to find new opportunities based on market trends and customer feedback.
• Evaluate how new features impact the broader product ecosystem and user experience.
• Conduct user research and journey mapping to influence the product roadmap.
• Monitor product performance metrics regarding cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Draft user stories, requirements, and epics for the development team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management or a related field.
• Deep understanding of the product development life cycle.
• Proven ability to manage discovery phases and define technical requirements.
• Strong data literacy and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to write detailed test cases that cover all potential edge cases.
• Proficiency in creating flowcharts to map out information architecture and processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting product strategies.
