About the role

Radiant is on a mission to transform AI infrastructure. We are looking for a Cluster Architect to join our team in London, UK. This role involves designing and managing AI-native cloud platforms that prioritize performance, sovereignty, and scalability. You will play a key role in developing infrastructure that supports GPU-based workloads and high-performance AI systems.

What you'll do

• Design and implement AI-native cloud architectures tailored for high-demand applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the infrastructure meets the needs of various AI workloads.
• Optimize system performance and scalability to handle complex AI tasks efficiently.
• Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure issues to maintain high availability and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in cloud architecture or infrastructure design.
• Proficiency in managing GPU-based workloads and multi-tenant environments.
• Strong understanding of AI systems and their infrastructure requirements.
• Experience with container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Knowledge of networking concepts and security best practices in cloud environments.
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools, such as Terraform or Ansible.

Skills & tools

• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python or Go.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
