What you'll do

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the hypercare phase, addressing inquiries and resolving issues that arise post-launch.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand new features and updates, enabling you to provide accurate information and support to customers.
• Monitor customer feedback and support tickets to identify trends and areas for improvement, ensuring that recurring issues are addressed proactively.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions to enhance the knowledge base for future reference.
• Conduct training sessions for customers on new features and functionalities, ensuring they are equipped to utilize the product effectively.
• Provide insights and recommendations to the product team based on customer feedback, helping to shape future product enhancements.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to communicate updates and changes to customers, ensuring a consistent message across all channels.
• Assist in the creation of customer satisfaction surveys and analyze the results to gauge the effectiveness of hypercare support and identify areas for improvement.
• Foster strong relationships with customers, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their journey with Bamboohr.
• Participate in regular team meetings to share insights, discuss challenges, and collaborate on strategies to improve the customer experience.
• Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track interactions and manage customer accounts efficiently.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer experience management to continually enhance your skills and the service provided to customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related role, preferably within a technology or software company.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and act decisively in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on clarity and empathy.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
