Quarks is a technology company building Social Discovery and Relationship Wellness products, including the Kismia app used by 80 million people. What you'll do

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from initial role analysis to offer signature.
• Act as a business partner to hiring managers by influencing decisions and adjusting hiring workflows.
• Implement AI solutions, automation, and new tools to increase recruitment efficiency.
• Maintain a transparent and respectful candidate experience.
• Utilize data and analytics to drive hiring decisions.
• Collaborate with the Communications team to strengthen our employer brand.
• Participate in internal team projects including training and process development.
• Represent the company at IT conferences and meetups to build professional networks.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar recruitment role.
• Proven track record of filling complex technical and marketing positions.
• Ability to understand business context and role-specific requirements.
• Experience collaborating with Employer Brand or SMM teams.
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to manage processes independently.
• Ability to provide direct, respectful feedback and build professional relationships with stakeholders.
• Skill in prioritizing tasks within a fast-paced environment.
