About the role
Quarks is a technology company specializing in Social Discovery and Relationship Wellness products, including the Kismia app. We are looking for a creative professional to join our Back Office team to enhance our Employer Brand and manage social media content for our products in the US market.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Adapt current trends into creative formats and edit short-form videos for the Employer Brand in Ukraine.
- Create and manage content for product social media channels targeting the US market.
- Collaborate with the Senior SMM specialist on content planning and trend monitoring.
- Coordinate with designers and marketing teams to ensure high-quality content delivery.
- Manage the full cycle of SMM tasks for business units, from briefing to reporting.
- Analyze social media performance and implement improvements based on data.
- Write engaging copy that aligns with the brand tone of voice.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in SMM or content creation.
- Proficiency in video production and creative editing for short-form content.
- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
- Ability to write compelling copy without using clichés.
- Experience in briefing designers and managing deadlines.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics.
- Ability to use AI tools in daily tasks.
- Deep knowledge of current formats on Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Nice to have
- Background in IT or managing Employer Brand accounts.
- Experience with product-focused social media or community management.
- Understanding of marketing funnels and content marketing.
